Purpose:

Installed on the top of tank car body to seal the tank mouth, Carbon steel manhole cover is completely sealed with the outside to ensure the anti-overflow and anti-explosion function of tank car when tilting. At the same time, when the pressure inside and outside the tank changes, the built-in breather valve installed on the large cover can effectively adjust the pressure to ensure the pressure balance inside and outside the tank and ensure safety.

Structural characteristics:

The main bodies of the large cover and small cover are formed by the steel plate rolled by 700-ton press machine, which have the advantages of high strength. 5 mm thickness, 24 mounting holes.
